Pressure to Stop
(Nehemiah 4:1-14)

Read Nehemiah 4:1-14. Ask the Lord to speak to you through the passage.

Consider the Faith Principles from the passage and pray about them.

Faith Principle #1
Faith presses on as it trusts God in spite of opposition.

Consider and list the obstacles that are hindering you from rebuilding the walls in your life, your marriage, your family and the church. Ask the Lord to help you to put your trust in him spite of the outside pressure to stop rebuilding.

Faith Principle #2
Faith is alert to the situation as it is committed to prayer.

Ask the Lord help you to remain committed to “praying through” the problem as you are alert to the obstacles and problems that will hinder you from rebuilding the walls in your life, your marriage, your family and the church.

Faith Principle #3
Faith stands ready to meet any problem.

Ask the Lord to help to stand ready to address any obstacle and problem that will arise as you seek to rebuild the walls in your life, your marriage, your family and the church.
